The problem
Filing information can be spread across documents, with values that are missing or disagree. Extracting text is only one part of making that information ready for a form.
What I owned
I built the CHG-1 assistant with OCR and language-model extraction, structured-output validation, deterministic checks and human conflict resolution.

Two decisions
Check extracted information before using it.
Structured-output validation and deterministic checks sit after extraction. The workflow checks filing data before form completion.
Give conflicts back to a person.
When source information disagrees, the assistant supports human resolution. An extracted value is not treated as a reason to skip review.
What came of it
Karz Setu was a Top 10 finalist at Build What Moves India with OpenAI, from 13,000+ applications in September 2026. This recognition belongs to the team.
What matters
In a document workflow, deciding when a person should step in is part of designing the product.
The assistant prepares filing data for human review. It does not file forms automatically.
